WTF ???

the other day i was reading a girl's blog and she was quite a heavy user of the word WTF - what the tut!!!!! sorry, that f-word didn't manage to go through the bad-word-sensor installed here.

well, it was nothing to shout out about but it's just weird hearing people saying WTF all the time. not to mention people who also write it on their blogs. like any other young, bright and roving teenager, i was curious at all the things that came to me. yet, this was exceptional. i ponder and ponder over why this WTF is just so popular among youngsters and perhaps, kidults too.

here are some of the reasons that seem relevant to moi after some wanderings on the hubbub of KL :

1. teenager 1 : cannot meh??? i like to use ar....
2. girl 2 : WTF is no longer the guy's priorities....girls are free to express themselves too!!! talk
about gender equality.
3. kidult A : you also say popular among youngsters and kidults mah...if i don't say geh, mai
very out lor...this is what you call in..
4. boy 1 : my friend all also got say lor, i pun ikut lor...if not ar, got the gap one, very hard to
communicate.
5. teenager B : use this word very bergaya lah, jadi i pun use lah. some more got power...

er, despite reasons given by various individuals from basically almost similar backgrounds, i am rather sceptical about this WTF thinghy. nevertheless, all of us have the freedom to do, see or hear what we enjoy. to all of you out there, continuing using and praising the holy word from the Holy Bible of Spoken Crap - WTF.

for those who are not besotted fans of WTF, just ignore it and follow the golden rule of
"Hear no evil, speak no evil and see no evil".
